Challenge:
The team had new intern hires who had just theoretical knowledge and little to no experience in Media Relations and Content Management.
They had to be fully equipped with the know-hows of managing media touch points for Tatitech and its portfolio companies, in 31 days.
Task:
I was assigned the responsibility of training and guiding them for 4 weeks on the ins and outs of Media Relations and Content Management.
Action:
I designed and launched hybrid a training program for the three Media Relations and Content interns, covering:
• User Generated Content
• SM setup and optimizations
• Content Calendar and Content Writing• Design thinking• Meta Ads
• Ethics and best engagement practices
• Scheduling and monitoring, etc.
Each session included a theoretical lesson and a hands-on assignment to familiarize them with how things should go.
By the third week, I assigned portfolio companies’ media outlets to them and oversaw the implementation for 1 week.
Result:
Within 4 weeks, the trainees were able to:• Run Meta ads independently
• Draft content calendars
• Create, schedule, and publish content
• Handle general social media management (setup, data tracking, iteration, etc.)
